SHIPPING INFORMATION
With our large on hand inventory most orders go out within 24 hours, stock permitting. Orders received before 12 noon MT will be shipped same day, again, stock permitting. We may hold your order if back-ordered items are expected in within 5 business days of your order. Otherwise, orders are shipped immediately with back ordered items shipped later at NO EXTRA CHARGE beyond your original shipping charge. You may always LOGIN to determine your order's status and get tracking information.

| How do I return an item? |

If you would like to return an item because it isn't exactly what you wanted,
we are happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit with
approval. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt by phone or email for a
return authorization.
There may be a 10% restocking fee applied to your return. You will be informed
of any restocking fee when you receive your return approval.
We cannot reimburse shipping charges on most returned items. We hold our
shipping costs to a minimum amount to cover the cost of processing, packing
and shipping orders, so once an order is shipped the Shipping & Handling
fee has been absorbed.
Once your return is authorized, please pack your item in a padded envelope or
box with the same care with which it was shipped to you. Only items in
perfect resalable condition will be accepted for return. Items not received
in resalable condition will be returned to you with no credit given.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED ORACLE/TAROT DECKS OR SET. Once a deck
has been opened, the cards are considered "used". Since Isis does
not offer used decks, we cannot accept unwanted decks. For this reason, please
exercise extra care in choosing your oracle or tarot deck. If the deck or
set is unopened we may be able to accept the return, so please feel
free to call or email and ask us.
